How it works

1. Send your CSV or XLSX export.

2. Tell us your duplicate rule (for example, the same email, or the same name plus company) and your default phone country.

3. The work is done by the owner and team, using AI-assisted spreadsheet formulas and scripts. Each change is recorded in the log.

4. You receive the files within 24 hours.

Price

Up to 5,000 rows costs $40, fixed price. Each additional 5,000 rows costs $20. Ordering and payment run through Upwork.

What happens after you order

We confirm your duplicate rule and phone country. We then clean the file and deliver the cleaned file, the duplicates report and the change log within 24h. You can request one revision. Your data is used only for your job and is deleted after 14 days.
