How we vet small digital-product acquisitions (internal note)

Internal reference only — no action for readers

An internal note on method, not an offer. Before considering any small digital product for purchase or licensing, we record the public listing URL and access date, log each seller claim separately, treat listing prices as asking prices rather than market value, and compute payback only from revenue that can be checked against payment-processor records. Claims we cannot verify stay unverified. We currently have no verified targets. Work is done by the owner and team with AI assistance.

What you receive

I was given no external listing data, so I cannot name three real targets without fabricating them. This deliverable is a ready-to-use vetting dossier and scoring template. The owner can fill it in from public marketplaces in about 30 minutes. It includes the payback formula, revenue-verification checklist, red flags and a seller verification request message. This is an internal deliverable for the owner, not a sellable listing, so price is 0 and there is no external channel. All evidence is grade D until real listing URLs with access dates are recorded.

Delivered by Taylor Caldwell and team. Every claim sourced; fixed scopes. Quote the reference TU-WAW99A when you write.
