Research, documents and data work that is ready to act on.
I run a small studio that turns messy questions into decision-ready briefs, polished business documents and clean, report-ready spreadsheets. Fixed scope, fixed price, every claim linked to a source, delivered in 24 to 72 hours.
Eighteen things our team can take off your plate this week.
Every service is a fixed-scope package with three tiers. Pick a card for scope, delivery time and pricing, or filter by what you need.
A process built for speed and zero surprises.
You will always know what you are getting, when, and where every number came from.
Brief

Fifteen years of making complicated things run smoothly.
I am Taylor Caldwell. I have spent my career organizing people, events, money and information for organizations that could not afford mistakes: churches, a funeral home, a restaurant floor, and now my own companies.
- Master of Divinity, Baylor UniversityGeorge W. Truett Theological Seminary, 2013. B.A. in Religion, Carson-Newman University. Trained to read closely, write clearly and speak to rooms of every size.
- Co-founder and owner-operator, Appalachian Wedding CompanySince 2022 I have co-run a concierge wedding company in Gatlinburg with my business partner: venues, packages, vendors and payment plans brought in-house so couples get one point of contact. Rated 4.9 of 5 on WeddingWire by the couples we have served.
- Seven years running church operationsAs Minister of Education at First Baptist Church Gatlinburg (2015–2022) I managed administration, attendance and membership data, literature ordering and events from a dozen people to several hundred.
- Deals, disputes and the detailsPhone sales, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, financial management and data entry are part of my week. Earlier roles in funeral service and hospitality management taught me how to serve people on their hardest and happiest days.
- I build the systems I run onI design the research, drafting and quality-control workflows our team uses, so a brief that would take a week of ad-hoc searching arrives in two days with its sources attached.
“Rev Taylor Caldwell was excellent!”

Small businesses deserve big-company research.
Most owners decide on pricing, vendors and policies with whatever they could find in an hour. We give you the version with sources, a comparison table and a recommendation, at a price that makes sense for a one-person company.
Say helloEvery claim has a link
Pricing, features, market figures: each one points at the public page it came from, with the date we checked it.
Gaps are flagged, not guessed
If public data does not exist, the brief says so. Estimates are labelled as estimates.
Your files stay yours
Originals are never overwritten, data is handled only for your project, and you own every deliverable outright.
Honest visuals
Mascots and product scenes are studio-rendered, and we always say so. No rendered image is ever passed off as a photograph.
Questions people ask before ordering.
How fast is delivery, really?
Most Basic tiers deliver in one to two days and Premium tiers in three to four. Rush delivery compresses that to 24 hours for a 50% premium. Your written scope states the exact date.
Which sources do you use for research?
Public websites, published pricing pages, filings, reviews and reports. We do not access paid databases or private data, and every item in a brief links to where it came from.
Can you work from rough notes?
Yes, that is the normal starting point. Bullet points, a voice memo transcript or a messy spreadsheet is enough to scope the job.
Is a policy or SOP you draft legal advice?
No. We produce business drafts. Any policy with legal effect should be reviewed by a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Do I own the deliverable?
Yes. Once the order is complete, the document, spreadsheet, script or image and any template are yours to use and edit.
How do payments work?
Orders placed on Fiverr are protected by Fiverr's escrow and are released on delivery. Direct projects are quoted in writing first and invoiced through PayPal.
Who does the work?
I scope and review every project personally. Our team handles gathering, drafting and checking under a documented quality process, which is how we keep prices low and turnaround short.
Tell us what you need. We will reply with a scope and a price.
